Bright and light apartment

A stone's throw from the beautiful Brissago and just a 15-minute drive from Locarno. The elegant condominium that houses it is in a fantastic location, facing the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished and welcomes you with a lovely open space living room, with a TV corner and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. The dining area has a table for 4 and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and preparing meals like at home! The pearl of the apartment is the large terrace, furnished with deck chairs, table and chairs: have lunch outside in the summer, or sip a good aperitif in company while enjoying the cool of the evening. The master bedroom is spacious, furnished with a large wardrobe to store the wardrobe of all guests. The modern bathroom with bathtub concludes the apartment. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. 
Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have the access of the whole apartment. Mandatory charges to be added to the total rent (to pay directly on our website): - City tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night - Final cleaning: 110 CHF
