The spacious living and dining area is located towards the street side. Sleeping room and work/guest room is located towards the quiet backside of the building. The bathroom as well as all other rooms were completely renovated and modernized in spring 2016. The individual kitchen is integrated in the spacious living area and is equipped with quality kitchen utensils from Siemens and Bosch.
