The modern, stylish studio offers you living comfort at a high level. You can expect a 1.20 m bed, a fully equipped kitchenette (with stove, microwave with baking function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee capsule machine, kettle and all the usual cooking utensils), a cozy living and work area, a shower room with care products and large storage space, a SmartTV and of course free high-speed WiFi. In addition to the studio, you can use our lobby - our extended living room - on the ground floor. Here you can work, relax or chat. The lobby has a co-working space with a large community table, cozy lounge areas, a fireplace, snack and drinks machine and a TV. In addition, our laundry room (2nd-4th floor) with washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing boards, as well as the clean-up room (2nd-6th floor) with vacuum cleaner, sweeping set and mop are available to you around the clock. We can provide a baby bed for children up to 3 years of age on request. Dogs are welcome on the 2nd floor for an additional charge of €10.00 per night. Please let us know directly if you want to bring your pet. Please note that the city of Freiburg charges an overnight tax of 5% per night on all stays. Payment is made on site.
