Front living room with double sofa, armchair and TV. Open plan second reception room oozes industrial - chic. Another space to relax, which includes a sofa (turns into a single bed), armchair, a second TV and dining table. This room leads through into a galley kitchen which lights up the rear of the house. Appliances include a fridge freezer, oven, electric hob, dishwasher and washing machine. At the end of the kitchen is a bathroom (with a shower only). There are two nice sized double bedrooms; one bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom. The original features continue upstairs with stripped floorboards, original fireplaces and doors. *** Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys ** Well behaved dogs and cats welcome! An additional fee of £30 will be requested to cover additional cleaning. ***If you are arriving by car the street is permit only and I am able to provide a parking permit for 1 x car for each night of your stay (subject to availability.) Permits last until 10am the following day. Parking must be requested in advance of your stay. Alternatively, Nunnery Lane 24/7 car park is located approximately 7 minute walk away.
