Two-room apartment, the perfect solution for business stays!

Located in the neighborhood of Breganzona, in an elegant residential and scenic area, surrounded by greenery, the apartment welcomes you at the entrance with a large hallway, with closet and bookcase, and continuing you reach the large and bright living room. After a day of sightseeing relax by watching a movie or reading a book on the sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. Next to it is the dining table for 4 and the kitchen, complete with everything you need. The living room overlooks the spacious terrace, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining in fine weather, and admiring the nature that lushly surrounds the building. The comfortable bedroom has a double bed. Concluding the apartment is the bathroom with bathtub. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast. Free Wi-Fi for the guests.
