There is a good layout with an open concept living/kitchen/dining room with a street-view in the front and one bedroom with spacious en-suite bathroom at the back of the house. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) with French doors leading to a balcony. The bathroom is a sanctuary of its own - spacious and gets lots of daylight through multiple windows with variable lighting to make it as cozy as you like – you can choose between a walk in shower or a two person soaking tub. Everything is new and modern! There is a separate living room with a very large comfortable sofa and a smart-TV. At the back of the apartment is a modern fully equipped eat in kitchen with a large designer table for 6 persons. We will consider pets on request in the apartment.
