The area is super local and cosy, and with plenty of restaurants, shopping and bars. Utility bills (electricity and wáter) ARE NOT INCLUDED in the monthly rental price. Wifi is include in the monthly price. You will be charged a mínimum monthly amount for utility bills of 90€ every month.
