The apartment impresses with a spacious, open kitchen-cum-living room with adjoining spacious dining area for 4-6 people with a window (it is also great to work here). Adjacent to this is the small but cozy living room with corner sofa including sleeping accommodation (1.40 x 2.00 m) and the spacious bedroom with a large king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is new and tiled in white/anthracite with a sink including a vanity unit, a large shower cubicle and a large window. The apartment was recently completely renovated and completely refurbished. The fitted kitchen is also new. The apartment is located in a so-called Altbremer house in a residential/bicycle street (tempo 30 zone). The apartment is on the ground floor and is fully rear facing to the gardens/residential street making it very light and quiet. Parking is free on the street and in the surrounding area. In front of the house there is a back porch, which is typical for this type of house and invites you to linger. A separate Fritz box with LAN and WLAN is available.
