On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
