A short walk will take you to the various prime sites and popular attractions including the iconic Dean Village, Stockbridge, Princes Street and the Royal Mile. This property is perfectly sized for 2-4 guests with 1 bedrooom with a brand new King Sized Bed with 1500 pocket sprung mattress and a comfortable sofa bed in the Lounge. The Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook during your stay although there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. On street parking is available. You will be able to park free of charge around the Broughton Road area between the hours of 5.30 PM and 8.30 AM (Monday to Friday) and ALL DAY Saturday and Sunday, this includes on single yellow lines and ?permit holders only? parking areas. Outside those hours parking is still possible in designated areas at a modest charge, the easiest way for paying and administrating parking is by downloading the ?Ringgo?app and follow the simple instructions, or payment can be made at the ticket machines. The best place to find available payable parking is in Eyre Place, which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment. The property is located on the 3rd floor so is not suitable for wheelchair users There is an Expresso machine and travel cot in the property. No linen will be provided for the travelcot.
