In fact, in Coverciano there is the Federal Technical Center, a sports facility that has inside also the football museum. Casa Kathleen, converted from an old farm, is located on a quiet street in the neighborhood. You enter from a garden with parking space and you immediately notice the tranquility of the environment. The house has a large kitchen, equipped with every need, a large worktop, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Attached to the kitchen there is a large room with TV and a small bathroom. In the basement there is everything you need for linen, washing machine, dryer, etc.In addition to a recreation room with billiards. While on the first floor we have three bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobe in a separate room adjacent to the bedroom, another smaller double and a third bedroom with two single beds.
