This design combines wooden elements, dried grasses, and clay decorations, influenced by the serenity of grassland. Rosales sits in the famed Santo António neighborhood. Located in the heart of Lisbon, Santo António mesmerizes all with its architecture and glam. A stroll through the bustling neighborhood or a step upstairs, and detail is not amiss. This cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is uniquely designed to provide solace from the bustling metropolitan city. The bedroom features a queen size bed surrounded by woven light fixtures and geometric patterns on the wall. There is a dedicated workstation by the door that opens up to the outdoor balcony. The grandeur marbled bathroom is chic in design with a walk in shower. The living room has plenty of sitting space for relaxing or having guests over. Light shines into the space from the green tiled balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors and taking in the Portuguese sun. If it’s too hot outside, guests can indulge in the air conditioning, available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. After cooking, guests can enjoy a meal at the rustic wooden table.

Modern and elegant, Tanigawa's design pays homage to the tranquility of the mountainside. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment spans 115 square meters, in Lisbon's Santo Antonio. Find the first bedroom, fitted with a queen-sized bed, to the right of the living room. The design plays with a contrast of light and straight lines. Across the bedroom, there is a modern bathroom with shower. The main bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom and plenty of closet space. Find a chaise longue next to the window, and a full length mirror on the other side of the queen-sized bed. The ensuite bedroom has a bathtub with shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. Past the entrance, find a bright fully furnished kitchen, with a small breakfast table. The living room has three balconies allowing for natural light throughout the space. The space has three distinct areas: a dedicated work space, a lounge area facing the Smart TV, and a round dining table. Like the rest of the apartment, the small details, such as hanging fabrics and bamboo shades, give the room a special touch.

The apartment features two charming double bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms grants access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the refreshing breeze and soak in the city views. The other double bedroom boasts a dedicated workstation, creating a convenient space for any work-related tasks. Additionally, this bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, allowing for privacy and comfort. In addition to the double bedrooms perfect for accommodating an additional guest or providing a tranquil retreat for moments of solitude. The apartment includes an office space, complete with a workstation. Whether you need to catch up on work, attend virtual meetings, or simply browse the internet, this area provides a productive and comfortable environment. Arne features two bathrooms in total, with one being an ensuite bathroom, the second bathroom is detached and easily accessible for all guests.

Upon entrance, guests will find an open-concept living and dining area. The living room consists of designer furnishings and traditional Arabian arches that double as shelving for the entertainment system. Nearest the window sits a dedicated workstation. Natural fiber accent walls surround the four-person dining set on the other side of the room. The left wall is lined with a sleek kitchen space. Marble backsplash blends with the all-white cabinetry and appliances. All the necessary kitchenware is included. Continue down the hallway to find storage lining the left-hand wall and the first bedroom to the right. Geometric shapes provide dimension to the accent wall behind the queen-sized bed. The room concludes with a reading bench nearest the window. The next door to the right leads to the detached bathroom. The space is enveloped in white marble that continues into the walk-in shower. At the end of the hall is Oujda’s ensuite bedroom. Another all-marble bathroom sits straight on, this time with a shower-tub combination for a full spa-like experience. Back in the bedroom, the queen-sized bed takes the attention with the built-in designer framing that embodies the desert-like design. The room is complete with built-in storage on the back wall. This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort. All bedding and linens are provided.
