This cosy 3 bedroom apartment is spread across 2 floors. The ground floor has a spacious double bedroom and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, microwave, cafetière, oven, fridge/freezer, hob and washing machine. You can seat up to 4 guests at the dining table and spacious living area for the whole gang to settle around. We also have a comfy leather sofa in the common area that folds out into a full double bed! **Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.** House Rules: • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
