Please note that there is an elevator that stops on the 5th floor, so you will need to climb one flight of stairs. We ask you to provide us with the necessary supporting documents by email: - 1 piece of identification (required by the town hall of Paris) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or school) * Proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax return, pay slips and/or bank account. * A deposit (1000 Euros) will be requested but not cashed via our banking partner. A mobility lease will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of the requested supporting documents and an inventory will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
