DreamHouse is the ideal accommodation for a couple, a family or a group of friends who want to discover Valencia. The house is very lighty thanks to 5 skylights installed in the ceiling: ther is not another apartment on top of the house nor below therefore is a very quiet house. DreamHouse has 2 double bedrooms (one of them with the possibility of an additional bed), a spacious sitting room with a sofá-bed, a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen and an open air terrace. All romos are equipped with air conditioning and the house has WiFi and TV. When you enter “Dream House” you will notice why we call it Dream House as you will feel peace and hapiness. Utilities are all included in the rent. About electricity we cover up to 60 euros per month and guests pay the excess

Cosy, bright and modern house recently restored, on a ground floor facing the street, with capacity for 2 people. “Orrente House” is located in a district of Valencia called Benimamet, at a 4 minute walk from a metro station that will take you to the center of the city of Valencia in just 6 stops. The house is 66 sqm and it is divided into a living room area with a comfortable sofa and TV, a kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, as well as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The bedroom is separated from the living room by decorative wooden slats: it is spacious and bright with a 150X190cm bed. Through a small corridor behind the kitchen you reach a laundry room with the washing machine, a sink for washing and a cupboard that contains the iron, ironing board and some cleaning supplies. The bathroom is at the back, with a large and comfortable walk-in shower. The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a few pleasant days: air conditioning, WiFi and hair dryer.
