Our 36 sqm One-Bedroom Apartments L for stays over 28 nights are furnished to our highest modern standards. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a TV and a private bathroom with shower, so you can feel at home. The separate bedroom with comfortable double bed (1,50 m) offers enough rest during the night. In the living area there is room for two more people on the pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m). In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Thanks to our electronic access system via a keypad at the entrance of the house as well as at your apartment door, you can check in with us at any time after 3 pm - regardless of the opening hours of a reception or arrangements with the landlord. You will receive the access codes by e-mail on the day of arrival. Please note: to receive your personal access code, you must complete our online check-in. You will receive the link and instructions by e-mail after your booking. Please note that the price may not include a city tax, which is charged separately by the provider!
