In addition, our membership includes everything for a relaxed everyday life, such as a laundry room, cleaning service, personal assistance when starting out in Switzerland and the option to take part in weekly fun and interesting events with our hosts and community! The large studio features an open living area with a flat screen TV as well as a dining area. Its fully fitted kitchenette offers a microwave with baking and grilling options, a coffee maker, a glass ceramic stove and a complete set of kitchenware. In the bathroom, a shower and bath towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are available. Exclusive designer furniture and lamps give the apartment that certain something. The rental price includes all ancillary costs as well as a broad array of additional services: WiFi, weekly cleaning of the apartment with change of bed linen and towels. Final cleaning after departure is also included in the rent price. Tenants can use washing machines and dryers in the laundry room free of charge. For a supplementary fee and depending on availability, a number of additional services, such as laundry service or extra cleaning can be provided. Upon request and based on availability we also offer additional furniture and parking spaces. The apartment is equipped with a modern keyless access system. Tenants will receive the code to the studio or apartment before arrival via text message or e-mail. The advertisement is a grouping of different apartments. Design and floor plan may vary slightly.

The cosy studio offers enough space for four people on 45m2. The studio has a large double bed, a comfortable sofa, a cupboard for storing your personal belongings and a sitting area with dining table and chairs. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen with hotplates, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. The studio is part of a new building built to the latest and most modern standards. Of course, there is a passenger lift. In order to make your stay in Basel as pleasant as possible, the following services are included in the final price: TV, Wi-Fi Internet, additional costs, bed linen, hand and bath towels and final cleaning (for stays shorter than 30 days).
