Shared Apartment: Private room in Plaza del Ayuntamiento

Private room with shared bathroom in a 5-room shared apartment. The apartment is very spacious and bright, it has 5 large rooms, 3 with a private bathroom and 2 share a bathroom. The rooms have a large amount of natural light and are very spacious, they come fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lights, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped: oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, utensils, etc. We do not accept couples or pets. IMPORTANT NOTES All expenses (water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas) are included in the monthly rental price up to €80. The owner provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. The tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = €20, this is divided by the number of tenants) CHECK IN HOURS: Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm We do NOT do check-ins on weekends, if you need it, it will have an extra cost of €50 and is subject to the availability of the staff.
