New Private room in fully-furnished Coliving Building!

We are renting private rooms (room A or B in the floorplan) with private bathrooms in our brand new co-living building. This is how it works: you have your own private room and bathroom and on top of that you have access to the building's common areas. These include a large kitchen, a working area, a sofa area, a TV area and a rooftop with barbecues. You will then join a curated community of likeminded people that gathers in the common areas of the building and at the events organised by us. Along with this you will of course find the privacy of your own room and barthroom. - The demographic booking this property primarily consists of students and young professionals. - Please be informed that move-in arrangements cannot be accommodated on weekends or public holidays. As a result, the check-in will be rescheduled for the next available business day. This adjustment will have no impact on the price or rental period. - An unlimited rental agreement will be signed directly with the landlord after the booking. Without an active termination, the rental agreement will be automatically extended - The final cleaning fee includes not only the move-out cleaning itself, but also represents a membership fee that grants the tenant access to an international community of young professionals. - THIS ROOM HAS A PRIVATE ENSUITE BATHROOM
