Furthermore, the apartment has generous storage space in built-in wardrobes and bed platforms and a wardrobe/dressing area with a floor-to-ceiling mirror. The apartment has 1 separate bedroom, an open kitchen and an open living room with a large dining or work table. A second sleeping area for guests or children is integrated in the living room and can be separated by a partition wall. The bathroom with shower is also very spacious. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct access via the Quartierstrasse to the banks of the Rhine, which invites you to linger and swim in summer and allows beautiful walks in the colder seasons. If required, a parking space can be rented in addition.
