These coliving apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are modern and elegant in style and are located in the center of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The apartments have a balcony in the lounge area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. The large single room has a shared bathroom with another room and will be provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. - Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly supplies fee: 75 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In the event that consumption is notably exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be made. Please note that the rooms do not have individual locks; this will be installed later. The photographs shown of this apartment are a selection of several apartments in the same building. The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned. In case of generating an invoice in the name of the company instead of the natural person who will occupy the home, by law, a 21% VAT is applied to the monthly rent.
