The 60 sqm attic apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. There is a double bed (1,40 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a nice bath with a shower and waschingmachine. The apartment also has a large balcony. Hairdryer, towels and bed lining are provided. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
