The 47 sqm apartment is modernly furnished. The bedroom has a comfortable kingsize bed. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, oven and kettle. In the living room there is a dining area and a sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A nice balcony also belongs to the apartment. A TV and free WiFi are also available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 78.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
