Small quiet apartment in central area

The apartment is approx. 28 sqm large and is stylishly furnished. It has a new queen size box spring bed (1,60m x 2m). Free WLAN (WiFi) is also available. There is a table with two chairs and a kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom has a bathtub. Hair dryer, towels and bedding are available. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 42.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
