Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes housekeeping, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, drying machine, iron, and more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is up to us. All electricity, water, gas, cleaning, or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises. The apartment has 10 bathrooms (2 of them are private bathrooms), 2 kitchens, 1 living room and 14 bedrooms and terrace. Room 6 and 10 have private bathrooms Being part of our community is not only about living better, it is also about connecting, sharing, or working in a new city with people from all over the world.
