The apartment is 40 sqm large and modernly furnished. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom, a comfortable queen size bed (1.60m x 2m), a large wardrobe and a TV, as well as internet access. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
