These coliving apartments with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are modern and elegant and are located in the center of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The apartments have a balcony in the lounge area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection. The large single room has a shared bathroom with another room and will be provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. - Supplies are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly supply fee: 75 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In the event that consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and the extra charge will be applied. The apartments may vary in terms of decoration and distribution of spaces, but they all have the same style. Upon arrival, a specific apartment will be assigned. In case of generating an invoice in the name of the company instead of the individual who will occupy the home, by law, 21% VAT is applied to the monthly rent.
