The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The building where the apartment is located has been completely restored and only has one apartment per floor. It is a classic building and very protected so it does NOT have an elevator. Picasso I is on the first floor. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
