Right of withdrawal

As a private traveler, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reasons. The deadline is 14 days after signing the contract. To exercise your right, you have to provide a clear order in written form (via mail, telefax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the form which is provided as part of the booking confirmation e-mail, but this is not mandatory. In order exercise your right to withdraw, it is important to send out the order before the end of the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to return all funds provided by you including any delivery fees (excl. additional costs if you chose any extrodinary delivery method), immediately and latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction unless something else was specifically agreed upon by both parties. In no way, there will be any additional charges for this money transfer. If you asked us to provide services already before the end of the deadline, you will be asked to pay a fair amount that is in proportion to the services already rendered compare to the total amount agreed upon in the contract.
