The living room has a dining area with designer furniture that makes it very cozy, and a comfortable living area with a TV and a double sofa-bed, which gives the apartment the capacity of up to 8 people. From the dining room we continue and we find on the right a small toilet, on the left the stairs to access the upper floor and in front a corridor that leads to a spacious, modern and bright fully equipped kitchen, with a large pantry and a laundry room. On the left we are the main bedroom with a 180x200 bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite outdoor bathroom with a bathtub. In the middle of the corridor we find a complete bathroom with a shower, and around the corridor are the other 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds of 0.90x200 and the other one with 1 bed of 135x200, both very cozy and with built-in wardrobes. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
