This accommodation can only be rented for a minimum stay of THIRTY DAYS. It is intended to accommodate people on a professional transfer, training, apprenticeship contract or internship. Just a few steps away from the rue Sainte Catherine, all the shops, restaurants and the tramway, it offers the following facilities: - A magnificent living room (45 m²) with a sofa, a coffee table and a plasma screen. - A large high table for your meals with 6 stools - An open plan kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, traditional oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. - A beautiful separate office space, equipped with a nice desk, a chair and many electrical outlets, to work in peace. - A pleasant and large master suite with a double bed (160), a large dressing room and a beautiful bathroom with a nice Italian shower. - Two separate toilets For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal an iron and ironing board. Quality sheets, towels and tea towels as well as some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made on arrival. Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge!
