This private room has 27 sqm with a private en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, the apartment has generous storage space in built-in wardrobes and bed platforms and a wardrobe/dressing area with a floor-to-ceiling mirror. It is one of the best residential areas in the region, directly on the vineyards, quiet, sunny and yet central. The apartment has a large living room, a bedroom, as well as a large dining room/ kitchen and a bathroom. This includes a large sunny terrace (about 40 m2). The living room has a large very comfortable sofa, coffee table, desk etc. Almost all furniture was bought new 2 years ago and are of above-average quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and from the living room you can access the large terrace with breathtaking views.
