This typical Barcelona style flat benefits from beautiful floor tiles, high ceilings, and intricate moldings. Upon entering the flat, you come across a dining alcove with a large wooden table, the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast. Across the hallway, there is a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ample storage room. The huge open space kitchen adorned with black vinyl finishings, is fully equipped with state of the art appliances and all cooking equipment. The bedroom is separated by large white doors, and the dark blue walls create a more relaxing atmosphere. There is a large queen sized bed, and a yellow center piece on the bedroom wall adding a pop of color. Both the living room and the bedroom have balconies from which you can view the city scenes of Fontanella and Placa Catalunya. In addition, there are two full bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a rain-shower head to suit your preference. The mix of color tones, photos of mountains landscapes, and unique details create a modern yet inviting space. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV (Netflix access). The plants are live and vibrant, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, inviting them to stay for an additional one time fee of 200 euros.
