In our Boardinghouse Spreepolis we offer many extras: a gym, bicycles that can be rented free of charge and a concierge service that will help you with your requests and concerns. WiFi is available in the whole building, i.e. in your apartment, the gym and the house’s café. The common area, as well as the “grill and chill” backyard offers a great platform to meet same minded people with whom you can explore the city.

23m² -27m² studios on the 4th and 5th floor with balcony, queen-size bed (160cm), smart TV, desk, spacious wardrobe and other clever storage space solutions. Check-in is always on the 1st or 15th of the month and check-out is always on the 14th or last of the month. This may be adjusted in the request process. In addition to your own micro-apartment, our café with terrace in the inner courtyard, co-working space, a gym, a cinema, a library, a kitchen for communal cooking and a roof terrace are always available to you.
