This brand new apartment is located directly on Rosenthaler Platz in Berlin Mitte. The total all-inclusive price includes all ancillary costs, including heating and electricity. Furthermore, WiFi is included in the price. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, flat screen TV, W-LAN, desk. A very quiet courtyard is also part of it. Optionally, a weekly or fortnightly cleaning service including change of bed linen and towels can be booked for a surcharge.

Our 53-63 sqm One-Bedroom Suites on the ground floor for stays over 28 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. Our amenities include a fully furnished separate kitchen, a separate bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m), a pull-out sofa bed (1.40 m) in the living room and a modern smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. In case of dirty laundry, you can wash your clothes in the shared laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for a stay with us. Please note that the price may not include a city tax, which is charged separately by the provider!

We're a family with 3 kids and plan to spend some time abroad - hence rent out our beautiful, modern Bauhaus-style house for a maximum of 12 months. We designed and built the house ourselves in 2016/17 and love every part of it. It is well furnished and equiped with high end appliances and devices. The house has a total area of about 340 sqm, distributed over 3 levels. Additionally, you will have a garage and a roughly 600sqm beautifully maintained garden with all things kids will love (pool, play house, trampoline, soccer goals). You rent the house fully furnished, incl. all things like tableware, linen, towels, etc. The top floor consists of 1 Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room; 3 Kids rooms and one large kids bath. The whole top level is floored with beautiful real wood parquet. On the ground floor, you find the large kitchen/living and dining room including a fireplace, access to the terrace + garden. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small storage room that has direct access to the garage. The terrace features a large outside dining table, a lounge area, a gas barbecue, a hollywood swing, and a fireplace. Besides, the ground floor also offers a guest room/study,the entrance area and a bathroom. In the basement, you’ll find a large guestroom (incl. instruments) that has access to a bathroom. Further, the basement has a gym (weights, rowing machine, bike and a TV) and a sauna as well as the laundry room (washing machine + dryer).
