Other Things to Note: To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both our guests and hosts, please take a moment to review and respect the following guidelines: Included Services: We provide bed linen and towels for your comfort, along with professional housekeeping upon your arrival and departure. Family-Friendly Services: If you need a cot or high chair, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, we do not provide baby linen. Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Late arrivals will be accommodated the next day from 9:30am onwards, with additional charges. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability and additional fees. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are observed. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90. Detection of cigarette odor post-stay will result in a charge of €450. Extra keys are provided for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet, as excessive noise may result in deposit deductions. Please note ongoing building renovations nearby, which may cause occasional daytime noise. Internet Etiquette: Avoid unauthorized use of the internet for copyrighted material or prohibited websites. Telecom operator malfunctions are not our responsibility and won't lead to compensation. Professional Usage & Photography: Photo shoots, filming, or commercial use require prior approval. Minimum Age Requirement: Reservations must be made by individuals aged 23 or older. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement.
