Located on the 3rd floor of a modern, well maintained, and secured building with a concierge, it offers all what you will need to feel at home. With its wooden floor, and several closets and storage area, the studio offers a very comfortable double bed and a convertible sofa bed as well. Ideally, it’s a studio for 2 persons but a couple with two underage children is also welcomed. The flat screen TV on the wall offers cable channels, and the property has its own high speed internet connection both by cable & WIFI. The kitchen is very well equipped with cook tops, all kitchen utensils, crockery, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, electric kettle, Orange Juicer. The kitchen also has a bar table with two bar stools. You will equally have a table with two chair that can be used as an office table or a dining table when unfolded. The rolling shutter will allow you a peaceful sleep. The area is one to beat. NB - A 75 € PER MONTH ENERGY FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. IF THE CLIENT CONSUME MORE THAN THAT, WE WILL CLAIM THIS FEE TO THE GUEST AFTER THE STAY. The fee is calculated on a meter reading on check in and check out. You will be given all details before the check in.
