In an 18th century building, our apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. The apartment overlooks the impasse Saint Denis, it is facing south for most of the windows and has an unobstructed view and is therefore very sunny. Our apartment is composed of a bedroom area with a double bed which is separated from the living space by a workshop canopy. The kitchen area is fully equipped including an oven, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, extractor hood, and everything you need. There is a dining area with a table that seats 4 people. There is parquet throughout the apartment except in the bathrooms. The shower room has a window and remains comfortable with storage space and the washing machine. The toilets are separated and also have a window. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. Charges included: Condominium fees Water Internet The tenant must: - insure the apartment for the duration of the stay, - pay the security deposit and mobility lease (mobility lease) - communicate all financial and identity guarantees to the lessor, - pay the rent quarterly in advance, -Electricity consumption charged at 0.50€/kw used -End of contract cleaning at the price of 150€ knowing that the apartment must be returned in good condition, otherwise we reserve the right to charge more.
