About This Property
Boasting 74m2, this luminous flat is split into 2 levels. As you enter, you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of storage space. Next to it, there is the office room however there is a pull-down single bed that is available for 1 guest. In the hallway, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. There is also a separated toilet. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and all the modern amenities such as an induction stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. The large dining table can easily seat up to four guests. The delightful living room has seating for 4 along with a TV (including Apple TV - guests must login into their own account). From the living room, there are stairs that lead up to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom (open-concept). It is composed of a full size bed with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower head. Just next to it, you will find a toilet with it's own door for privacy. All the skylights have shutters and they can be opened. You must provide the the following documents to confirm your rental: - Copy of your passport - Copy of a french multi-risk home insurance - Certificate of Eligibility from a financial guarantor or rental payment in advance every 3 months - Copy of the wire transfer for the refundable security deposit before arrival *We can recommend you a rental insurance and a financial guarantor ***UTILITIES TO BE PAID TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY ( about 250 euros a month). We only accept one-month bookings during the summer months. From January to March, we only accept reservations for a minimum of 6 months. Once the booking is confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the owner the following documents: Copy of passport, proof of address, reason for stay, proof of this reason for stay, a Garantme eligibility certificate. After this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
