A peaceful one-bedroom apartment in a homelike residential area, loaded with amenities like a self-equipped kitchen with basic cooking amenities, a refrigerator, and a private balcony. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator in a secure building with a guardian who is present there 24/7. As you enter, on the left, there’s a massive wardrobe with lots of storage space with hangers and shelves. On the right, there’s an entrance to the bathroom which comes with a bathtub. The end of the living room opens up to a private balcony that’s around 9m2 where you can enjoy an unhindered view of Paris.
