Welcome in our lovely and bright well equipped & furnished studio apartment. It is located on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs only and offers a living area with a convertible sofa bed, a sleeping area with a comfy doubled bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a shower room with its toilette. The apartment comes with its own internet connection by cable & WIFI, and cable TV. We supply all house and bed linens, and you just need to come with your luggage and a nice smile. NB - A 75 € PER MONTH ENERGY FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RENT. IF THE CLIENT CONSUME MORE THAN THAT, WE WILL CLAIM THIS FEE TO THE GUEST AFTER THE STAY. The fee is calculated on a meter reading on check in and check out. You will be given all details before the check in.
