Quiet, centrally located and in a perfect location in the former Spanish Embassy in Bonn's Südstadt: The approximately 40 square meter apartment is located on the garden side in the lowest living level of Gründerzeit building. It consists of a living room, a very nice indoor bathroom with shower and bathtub and adjacent kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is of course fully equipped. The windows of the apartments face the quiet garden of the former Spanish Embassy. Here you sit in the shade of the red columns and the rear balconies of the century building and enjoy the morning sun during breakfast. The view from the garden of the former Spanish Embassy is fantastically. The terrace can be used on your own. The apartment is furnished for 1-2 people, a comfortable double bed with high-quality latex mattress (mattress 160 x 200 cm). A desk by the window offers space to work, two comfortable chairs invite you to read. Moreover there is a fast, direct connection to the Internet (LAN and W-LAN / WiFi, free). The kitchen with 4 seats is fully equipped with stove, oven fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is not directly accessible from the apartment, but on the small entrance hall. it is linked to another room, which it is currently used as a one-person office by the owners themselves and not rented. For your clothes, there is a professional laundromat in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes walk) with professional Miele washing machines and dryers, whose speed and services are highly recommended by the previous tenants. The entrance of the apartment is located in the beautiful courtyard of the Gründerzeit house, which is accessed via a gate entrance. Here you can safely and covered the bikes. The passage to the road is secured by a wrought iron grid, it opens quietly and motorized. The building is decorated on the back with stucco, so that even here there is a Wilhelminian appropriate atmosphere in the cozy courtyard.
