Homelike customers only need to bring their suitcases when moving in. All apartments include bed linen, towels and daily necessities (soap, shampoo, spices, etc.)
All apartments offer high-speed Wi-Fi access without data limitations or additional costs.
Our business customers should have the opportunity to work in their apartment. A table, a chair, and sockets should be available for this purpose.
Tenants must be provided with direct access to a washing machine—either in the apartment or in the same building, or be provided with a laundry service. This does not include the laundromat around the corner.
All offered apartments have their own entrance which can be locked securely. We do not offer sublettings or interim lettings.
Homelike's professional landlords offer a smooth move in and out between 8 am and 8 pm. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. A telephone number for emergencies will be provided to the tenant upon booking.
A professional cleaner will take care of the final cleaning of the apartment. The costs for this service are included in the price or are shown separately.

In addition to the rental contract, you will receive a professional invoice including VAT ID by email or post upon request for each booking.
