All the rooms are fully equipped and furnished. The whole is arranged and decorated with care. The kitchen is equipped with new and quality appliances. It contains a refrigerator, cooking plates, a hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the necessary equipment for cleaning (broom, mop, vacuum cleaner) is available in the apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub, a sink and storage space. The rent for the room in *Check-in/out is possible on weekends with an additional payment of 70€ - Once the booking has been confirmed, you have 48 hours to send the documents requested by the owner (to the owner). After this time, your booking will be cancelled. You must send us the following documents: 1) Copy of your identity card or passport, 2) Copy of your school/work certificate, 3) Copy of IBAN and BIC if you have a € account, 4) Your current postal address. The person in charge of payments must be able to justify an income of between 2x and 3x the value of the monthly rent. Proof of income will be required: pay slips, employment contract, tax notice. For students with a guarantor: guarantor's identity card, tax assessment, employment contract, latest pay slips.
