1. HR Call (General Company Fit)

We want to get to know you better as a person and find out more about your motivation and expectations for Homelike and the specific role, and match them with our perspective. We will also align on general work conditions such as availability, compensation structure and benefits.

2. Technical Interview (Role & Team Fit)

During the interview with technical experts from the area you applied for, we will discuss job specific responsibilities and assess required competencies and expertise to succeed in the position.

Homelike’s recruitment process involves an initial HR call to assess general fit, motivations, and expectations. This is followed by a technical interview focusing on role and team fit. Candidates then undergo a role-specific case study to showcase their skills and working style. The final interview involves meeting higher-level leadership or the future team to evaluate cultural fit. After the recruitment team decides, candidates receive a decision along with detailed feedback in case of rejection.

We are hiring remotely in Spain, Greece, Germany, the UK. Our office hubs are in Cologne and London. Kindly note that some open positions have location-specific requirements.
