We are looking for an empathetic and problem-solving new colleague to join our Landlord Support Team.
The position is based in the area of Barcelona, Spain. You have the chance to work from our co-working office or remotely.
How you are part of our success story:
- You are the first line of contact for our suppliers answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
- You support key account management in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
- You take responsibility for the requests of Key Account Managers and external partners
- You take over the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
- You will report directly to the Head of Sales & Strategy and will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry
What you need to convince us:
- You are business fluent in English and French
- Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service or a similar position
