About the Role

We are looking for an empathetic and problem-solving new colleague to join our Landlord Support Team.

The position is based in the area of Barcelona, Spain. You have the chance to work from our co-working office or remotely.

How you are part of our success story:

  • You are the first line of contact for our suppliers answering all the questions and taking care of their account-related requests
  • You support key account management in organizational, administrative and operational day-to-day business
  • You take responsibility for the requests of Key Account Managers and external partners
  • You take over the communication between the different departments in order to solve the requests of the landlords quickly and efficiently
  • You will report directly to the Head of Sales & Strategy and will be surrounded by senior experts in the industry

What you need to convince us:

  • You are business fluent in English and additionally either French or German or Portuguese
  • Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service or a similar position

Homelike’s recruitment process involves an initial HR call to assess general fit, motivations, and expectations. This is followed by a technical interview focusing on role and team fit. Candidates then undergo a role-specific case study to showcase their skills and working style. The final interview involves meeting higher-level leadership or the future team to evaluate cultural fit. After the recruitment team decides, candidates receive a decision along with detailed feedback in case of rejection.

We are hiring remotely in Spain, Greece, Germany, the UK. Our office hubs are in Cologne and London. Kindly note that some open positions have location-specific requirements.
