Your responsibilities:

  • You are the Hunter of the Demand Team for the French market, which means concretely:
  • You are responsible for identifying and building up new customer accounts in the b2b sector, with both warm and cold leads
  • You drive revenue through proactive outreach
  • You operate as the key point of contact for your clients and ensure first-class user experience
  • You educate customers on the value of Homelike and provide recommendations based on the account travel needs and strategy
  • You create and execute action plans to grow homelike market share of your dedicated companies
  • You work closely with other internal teams (e.g customer support, booking management, or sales development team) to tackle various challenges and increase customer satisfaction

The perfect candidate brings along:

  • First (professional) experience in the field of sales would be ideal
  • Fluent in French and English, other languages are an asset
  • You are familiar and enthusiastic about the sales methodologies of Solution Selling
  • Strong communication skills and time management, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team
  • The motivation and ability to work well in a fast-changing, hyper growth environment
  • Curiosity and the capacity to identify client pain points and provide solutions
  • The ability to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
