As Talent Manager you have the opportunity to contribute significantly to homelike’s growth and success. In addition to recruiting, you are the main contact person for general personnel questions and thus have insight into almost all HR topics. If you can get others enthusiastic about homelike and would like to take responsibility for projects related to personnel development and employer branding, then you’ve come to the right place!

Your area of responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the complete recruiting process of our current prio positions
  • Together with the team you will develop long term employer branding strategies and search for suitable recruitment channels to inspire new talents for homelike
  • You will approach new talents via direct approach and handle the applicant management independently aiming for a great candidate experience 
  • You conduct interviews and are actively involved in the optimization of interview assessments and processes
  • You will also be responsible for onboarding, HR management and personnel development as the main contact person for your departments

The ideal candidate should bring:

  • You have completed a degree and/or training in human resources or a related field
  • Ideally, you already have some professional experience as a recruiter, personnel consultant or HR generalist
  • Independence and a sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English and German
  • You are structured and can keep a cool head even with a variety of tasks
  • Enthusiasm for current recruiting trends and creative ideas to try out new approaches
