Things you should know about our fees.
- You only pay when your apartment is rented.
- The landlord fee is composed of a net value (% of total rent) + VAT (if applicable). Landlords can view the details of their net fee in their customer dashboards. This fee includes the insurance during the length of the booking. As long as the fee is paid for, the insurance will be provided.
- Homelike offers two optional AXA insurance packages of either 59€ or 129€ per rental month.
